ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Each
apartment is inspected annually between May 15 and May 31 at which time the
carpets are cleaned, if applicable, and repairs are performed by the
Landlord. Damages over and above normal
wear and tear will be corrected and charged back to the applicable resident(s).

·
Upon
approval of new application the resident must sign the Lease Agreement.
·
Upon
renewal, the resident must sign the Lease Agreement.
·
A
copy of the resident and both parent’s or guardian’s Driver’s License must be
submitted at time of application.

Resident
must be a student of West Chester University
·
Pets
are not permitted on the premise or in any apartment.
·
Either
parents or guardians must co-sign the Lease Agreement.
